I can't sign in. Check your email and password, or use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Google, use "Continue with Google".
My gift or payment did not go through. Payments are processed by Paystack. Email us the date, amount and the email address you used, and we will check it.
How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Profile, then Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account and personal details. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Privacy questions or data requests. Email us to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Each app's privacy policy explains what is collected.
